Showroom Manager

Responsibilities

•Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.•Train new sales consultants.•Receive and report on all sales leads.•Supervise sales consultants.•Answer potential customer questions/concerns and coordinate with sales consultants to close sales deals.•Provide necessary support and guidance to help sales consultant in managing good customer experience and favorable brand image.•Ensure completeness of customer information and execution of sales process.•Ensure review and submission of all paperwork for closed deals.•Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.•Meet all sales KPI and goals.•Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.•Guide sales consultants to improve the quality of customer service provided.•Handle promptly customer complaints as per company policies and practices and escalate complaints upwards, if required.•Support Showroom or Retail manager with required reporting.•Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and completion of the sales process.•Manage showroom activities related to marketing, finance, orders to ensure better customer experience.•Manage internal sales and reservations as and when required.

Skills

•Demonstrated and proven sales results.•Advanced computer skills and experience automotive operations software.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•Persuasive and goal oriented.•In-depth understanding of company products, market positioning and competitor analysis•Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.•Ability to extract data and create reports
