Responsibilities
•Issue Insurance Policies, Certificates, Quotations, Endorsements, renewal policies & notices.•Correspond with Reinsurers, Clients, Brokers, other internal departments on daily basis to obtain more business.•Maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business.•Follow-up with clients, brokers as and when the policy is expiring.•Dispatch & scan policy documents.•Prepare R/I Inwards & Outwards slips & closings.•Coordinate with other staff, accounts department for premium reconciliation.•Prepare monthly report, business report etc. as per the requirement from the management.•Prepare Oriental Head Office works – Quarterly reports & yearly reports – GUC, IBNR, GNPI etc as per the requirement from HO.
