SHOWROOM RECEPTIONIST

- Handle Company switchboard (route incoming/outgoing calls to appropriate staff), taking messages and ensuring prompt delivery of these messages.
- Receive/greet customers and direct them to the concerned sales staff.
- Respond to customers’ queries in a prompt manner.
- Assist with admin duties as requested.
- Perform other assigned duties as directed by the Assistant Manager.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field.
- College graduate/High School Diploma.
- Must be Arab nationality (preferably female); age below 35 years old.
- Good English & Arabic communication skills (read, write & speak).
- Computer literate.
- Immediate joining.
- Pleasant personality, presentable, multi-tasking, customer oriented.
- Transferable visa #18 (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa); Kuwait based
