Are you an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist looking for a new opportunity in Kuwait? We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist.
Position: Receptionist Location: Kuwait Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and employees, providing accurate information or redirecting them as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the company's calendar.
• Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role for at least 2 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Garageplug).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and poise.
