Kargo Box Shipping & Logistics Co. is looking for a dynamic Receptionist cum Sales & Customer Service professional to join our team in Kuwait. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our company, assist clients with their shipping and logistics needs, and support our sales team in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide assistance with inquiries in a warm and professional manner.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information on our shipping and logistics services.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in converting inquiries into bookings, support client onboarding, and help maintain strong customer relationships.
• Documentation & Coordination: Help process shipping documents, track shipments, and coordinate logistics with internal teams.
• Administrative Support: Manage office tasks including filing, data entry, and ensuring a smooth and organized front desk experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in reception, sales, or customer service.
• Strong Communication Skills in English (Arabic is a plus) to effectively interact with diverse clients.
• Customer-Oriented Attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of logistics and shipping processes is preferred.
• Ability to Multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
