Responsibilities
•Deal with landlords for shop contract preparation, document collection, and rent negotiation.•Coordinate with Group PR department for necessary license processing.•Coordinate with Group traffic department for the Company’s vehicle Dafthar renewal and any required police report collection.•Support our branches during surprise inspections to our branches from Ministry staff.•Conduct physical reports to the Ministry of Electricity & Water for payment processing.•Make physical visits to the Ministry of Telecommunication for payment processing and any complaints.•Coordinate with our Marketing department for obtain the require license if any marketing promotion or event.
