Long Description Job Summary
Reporting to the Asst. Operations Manager, the Representative should be able to handle all delivery and collection of shipment related documents to various govt. offices and customers. He should be able to acquire required approvals from govt. authorities. Should be able to understand and verify the documents being handled by representative.

Reporting to the Asst. Operations Manager, the Representative should be able to handle all delivery and collection of shipment related documents to various govt. offices and customers. He should be able to acquire required approvals from govt. authorities. Should be able to understand and verify the documents being handled by representative.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive day to day work from Documentation Officers.
- Execute the assigned job by visiting the govt. authorities for submission, receival and approval of documents.
- Collect shipping documents from clients, shipping lines and vendors
- Facilitate in customs clearance and inspection of shipments when required.
- Reconcile the documents with documentation team and submit all costs in orderly manner.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of ‘Secondary School Certificate’ with proven work experience in the same position.
- 2 plus years of experience in a relevant role.
- Arabic & English communication skill
- Understanding of shipping and freight forwarding related documents
- Good knowledge of Kuwait’s roads and areas.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License
Candidate must have at least a Secondary School Certificate
