Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in the marketing sector, ideally within the recruitment or service industry. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive business growth, and support client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services and brand within the recruitment industry.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and client needs.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Create engaging content, including blogs, case studies, and social media posts, to attract potential clients and enhance brand awareness.
• Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities to generate leads and build relationships within the recruitment community.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide detailed reports on performance metrics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and client communications.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage external marketing partnerships to achieve marketing goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the recruitment or services industry in Kuwait.
• Proven experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Strong understanding of branding, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Must hold a Visa 18 (Normal) and be ready to join immediately.
