Job Description:
International Group of Aamina, a prominent HR solutions and recruitment company, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, closing deals, and nurturing ongoing relationships within the HR and recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients to expand our HR solutions and recruitment services.
- Present and propose customized HR solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize client partnerships.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends to position International Group of Aamina as a trusted HR partner.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the HR or recruitment sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of client needs and ability to provide effective solutions.
- Visa 18 (Normal) only.
- Must own a car for client meetings and on-site visits.
- Results-driven with a proven track record in client acquisition and closing deals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD280.000 - KD300.000 per month
Education:
