Job Title: Administrator
Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait
Salary: 400 KD per month

Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Job Description:
We are a reputed company in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, looking for a highly organized and experienced Administrator to join our team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be bilingual and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within Kuwait. You will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient coordination across departments.
Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
Manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure a well-organized workplace.
Assist in HR tasks such as employee attendance tracking, document management, and visa processing.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Support management in meeting deadlines and coordinating events or meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait labor laws.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual (Arabic and English proficiency is essential).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role in Kuwait.
Visa 18 Normal required.
Must be ready to join immediately.
Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
