Job Description: Head Chef Production Manager – The Bakery (F&B – Kuwait )
Position Title: Head Chef Production Manager
Location: Kuwait
Experience Level: 10+ years

Job Summary
The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing in an F&B environment. The role involves managing teams, maintaining production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing processes to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Production Planning and Management:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to avoid delays.
Team Leadership and Training:
Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training programs for team members.
Process Optimization:
Analyze and improve workflows to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operations.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards.
Liaise with quality assurance teams to address non-conformance issues.
Safety and Compliance:
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations, including labor laws.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage production budgets, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
Optimize resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in the F&B sector.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing software and ERP systems.
Proficiency in English and basic conversational Arabic.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
Should have experience in pastries and baked
Must have strong production skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: KD700.000 - KD2,000.000 per month
