Marketing Officer - Part Time

We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with the Managing Director to generate engaging content for nurture campaigns, landing pages, emails, social media, and sales material.
In this is hybrid position, you will be responsible for lead generation in the firm, thus you will be allowed to plan and manage your own campaigns and target mediums for selling the company's services.
You will also have the opportunity to grow your skills by getting involved in events planning and sales enablement. This varied role requires candidates to be creative, organised, comfortable with change and willing to own and run projects.
Responsibilities
- Be proactive towards marketing - you will own it so don't shy away - take control
- Create captivating copy for emails, landing pages, social media, sales materials, and nurture programs.
- Create and carry out lead generating initiatives using a range of platforms.
- Organising networking and lead generation events both in person and virtually
- Control the delivery and scheduling of email marketing throughout the company's database.
- Maintain partnerships with Microsoft (learn their products and talk about them in marketing regularly), trade associations and other organisations; plan joint promotional activities
- Oversee and expand the business's social media presence.
- Produce reports on marketing campaigns using our internal marketing platform/CRM
- Travel: Occasional travel required to support the company’s team around the UK and Ireland
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B role
- B.A. in marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience working with a standard CRM/marketing tool is desirable
- Some experience in using and managing Word Press websites
- Some experience of using Canva for image creation/editing
- Demonstrable competency in using Linked In as a marketing tool
- A clear, concise and engaging writing style
- Proven experience running lead-generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- A keen interest in the tech industry and automation
- Experience in SEO and digital advertising is a plus but not essential
Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour
