Sales & Marketing Manager

Role/ Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for channeling suitable business through the hotel to ensure that all revenue and sales KPIs are met & that the business has a solid foundation upon which it can continue to grow year on year.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for drawing up the annual Sales & Marketing Plan, in line with revenue KPIs, budgets & hotel resources. They will be responsible for managing the Sales, Marketing & Revenue Department & will work closely with the Revenue Supervisor to ensure room revenue targets are being met.
The candidate should be pro-active and energetic with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and the ability to execute effectively a focused sales & marketing plan for the agreed market segments.
Requirements
- 2/3 years in a Sales/Marketing role, ideally in a 4 star hotel.
- A confident, ambitious, pro-active and creative thinker with an outgoing personality who can drive new relationships as well as maintain existing ones.
- Sales focused, target and results driven.
- Effective communicator to clients and colleagues, individually and in groups.
