Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer calls and queries professionally.
Process sales proposals and purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Provide professional quotations to customers.
Contribute positively to team performance.
Role Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer support or sales administration role, preferably within Ireland.
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
Previous experience in the promotional merchandise industry is advantageous.

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
