Trade Zero is looking for a strategic and innovative Digital Marketing Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team in Dublin 2, Ireland. This role will be central to optimizing our content strategy to drive customer acquisition . The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing impactful content strategies across various platforms, within the bounds of regulatory compliance and the unique challenges this presents.

Key Responsibilities
· Content Strategy & Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously refine a content strategy that supports growth in customer acquisition.
· Compliance-Driven Content Creation: Develop clear, accurate, and engaging content that aligns with industry regulations for digital campaigns across our social media, email marketing, website, and other channels.
Social Media Management: Develop detailed and engaging social media briefs for the design team, craft impactful copy tailored to various platforms, manage the scheduling of content to ensure consistent brand presence, and produce performance reports to evaluate and optimize social media strategies.
· KPI Monitoring & Campaign Success: Define, measure, and optimize marketing performance metrics, focusing on conversion rates and customer acquisition.
· SEO & Paid Media Management: Lead efforts in SEO optimization, collaborate with SEO agencies, and manage social media paid ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
· Trend & Tool Proficiency: Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, and leverage tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Sprout Social, Monday.com, and Google Analytics.
· Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external SEO and PR agencies to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
· Industry Insight: Leverage familiarity with the financial trading to craft relevant, impactful content strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in creating content for compliance-driven industries or regulated environments.
· Expertise: Strong skills in SEO, paid campaigns, performance-driven copywriting, and social media strategy.
· Compliance Acumen: Experience of digital marketing within a compliant industry, with the ability to navigate regulatory requirements effectively.
· Tools & Analytics: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
· Creative & Analytical Thinking: Critical problem-solving skills with a balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making. Excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an onsite team environment.
· Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
· Language Proficiency: Fluent English speaker or equivalent fluency.
