Marketing Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling to lead marketing efforts at Business Post Experiences, a leading player in the events industry. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase event attendance, engage audiences, and grow the brand’s presence across all media channels. Key Responsibilities:
Event Marketing Strategy & Growth:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote events, drive attendee acquisition, generate leads, and increase the overall visibility of Business Post Experiences in the industry.
  • Focus on growing the audience base for both in-person and virtual events, while positioning the company as a thought leader and a go-to platform for business and policy events.
  • Align marketing efforts with industry trends and audience needs, ensuring the company’s events stand out in a competitive marketplace.
Social Media & Content Management:
  • Oversee and manage the company’s social media presence across Linked In and other platforms, delivering a mix of event promotions, speaker spotlights, success stories, and live event coverage.
  • Lead content creation for event marketing campaigns, including social posts, email campaigns, speaker features, blogs, videos, and post-event recaps. Ensure content drives engagement and registration.
  • Develop content to promote sponsors and exhibitors, highlighting their value in relation to the events.
Email Marketing & CRM Management:
  • Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to promote events, engage past attendees, and attract new audiences. Use CRM tools to segment lists and deliver personalized messaging based on audience interests and previous event interactions.
  • Nurture leads through regular email updates, reminders, and post-event follow-ups to maximize engagement and conversion.
Website Management & SEO:
  • Oversee all event websites and ensure they’re optimised for user experience and lead generation. Keep event details, speaker bios, and registration pages updated to maximize conversions.
Event Campaigns & Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design event-specific marketing campaigns that support sponsorship opportunities and exhibitor sales. Create compelling marketing collateral to showcase the benefits of partnering with Business Post Experiences.
  • Work with partner organizations and media sponsors to develop joint marketing efforts that increase event reach and awareness.
Attendee Engagement & Experience:
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage attendees before, during, and after events. Create interactive content, polls, and social media campaigns to foster community and keep audiences engaged throughout the event cycle.
  • Use feedback from attendees to continuously improve the event experience and tailor future marketing efforts.
Budget & Performance Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure all campaigns are cost-effective and meet financial targets. Provide regular performance reports on event marketing efforts, including ROI, registration metrics, and audience engagement.
  • Use data and analytics tools to track the success of campaigns and optimize for future events.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies within the events industry.
  • Proven track record of project management and delivering marketing campaigns that drive event attendance and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of how event marketing supports business growth, attendee acquisition, and sponsorship sales.
  • Expertise in content creation, social media management, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
  • Experience working with partners and managing media relations.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, CMS, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret event registration data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, events, and sponsorship teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
