Key elements of the role
Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following.
  • Develop training courses, material, as well as ‘on-demand’ courses, to meet customer needs
  • Evaluate and modernise existing training courses and material
  • Investigate and develop tools and packages to deliver training
  • Liaise with internal departments to develop and maintain knowledge of products and gather content, keeping up to date on new developments
  • Promote and market Liebherr brand, products, and services
  • Work with Liebherr global network of Mixed Sales Companies (MSC) and Training Hubs to promote and develop business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain KPI and targets
  • Evaluate and monitor competition
  • Maintain a customer focused approach
  • Maintain accurate records for activity, work completed, ensuring deadlines are maintained
  • Ensure quality, environmental and Health & Safety standards are always maintained
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Quality Management
  • Any other duties and tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications, experience & competencies
Qualifications & experience
  • NFQ level 5 technical qualification and / or experience in a similar role as a technical editor.
  • Experience working on container handling cranes an advantage.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
  • Prior experience in a customer focused environment an advantage.
