Head of Maintenance Contracts

Key elements of the role
- Manage and develop the maintenance contract team.
- Support sales department for new crane tenders, requiring a maintenance contract.
- Support the customer service teams to coordinate and manage maintenance contracts.
- Cooperate with engineering and documentation departments to develop the current recommended maintenance for container handling cranes, incl. soft applications, predictive maintenance, etc.
- Collaborate with our global mixed sales companies to manage and deliver maintenance contracts.
- Business development and project management.
- Establish customer focused KPI to monitor and improve overall customer experience.
- Global travel as required to meet customers, 3rd parties and Liebherr mixed sales companies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and improving the customer experience.
Qualifications, experience & competencies
- NFQ level 7 or higher, mechanical or electrical qualification and/or suitable extended work experience in a related role.
- Experience working on container handling cranes an advantage.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
- Prior experience in a customer focused environment an advantage.
