We are looking for a CRM and Lifecylce Lead to join our team to optimize the conversion in our funnels across different services we are offering. Your primary focus will be on driving higher quality leads, pipeline management, and customized solutions for each stage of the mid funnel.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Customer and Journey Mapping analyzing touchpoints, using the end-to-end process from brief to execution and performance analysis to generate quality leads and maximise conversion
• Implement actions to influence leads behavior and capture interest and demand
• Collaborate with sales teams to propose plans and customize 1:1 approach for pipeline management
• Develop and refine CRM campaigns with a focus on automation, personalization, benchmarking, and innovative A/B testing.
• Leverage customer insights to identify new opportunities, optimize flows, drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and implement retention strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, IT (for product developments) and Ops (for churn analysis) to enhance lead management.
• Use customer data for targeted segmentation to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of work experience in Lead Management with hands-on experience on CRM, lifecycle, CAC, LTV and conversion rates.
• Strong expertise in driving top-of-the-funnel growth by generating high-quality MQLs and optimizing MQL-to-SQL conversion to support revenue targets.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
• Energetic, adaptable and fast learning.
• Growth mindset, result-oriented, and self-starter.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to handle day-to-day tasks directly.
• Knowledge of key digital analytics (Lifetime value, MAU, DAU, retention or life-cycle segmentation, attribution).
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, strategies and best practices.
• Prior experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
