Performance Marketing Lead

Over the years, weʼve built the most effective vacation rental management company on the market, helped hundreds of investors acquire their properties in Bali, developed IT products for our customers, created dream employment opportunities for our teams, and expanded our portfolio to include some of the most luxurious villas on the market.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join our team to grow the platform together and drive the acquisition and top of the funnel for our unique services. Your primary focus will be on driving customer acquisition, generating leads, and optimising ROI.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up ad campaigns, test variations to determine the best performing, measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, Youtube, Tik Tok, local networks, etc.)
- Track and measure all digital marketing metrics, including actual spending, conversion rates, CPL, MQL, etc.
- Lead the full acquisition journey from discovery to lead generation by generating high quality leads and pipeline quality.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including the IT, CS, and commercial team.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Marketing field with hands-on experience on performance marketing, lead generation, and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
- Energetic, adaptable and fast learning.
- Growth mindset, result-oriented, and self-starter.
- Good English and comfortable interacting in a multinational team.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to handle day-to-day marketing tasks directly.
