• 5+ years’ experience as a functional lead with Oracle HCM Cloud, preferably with at least 2 end to end implementation.
• Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and service delivery skills
• Prior Human Resources operations experience is preferred, in Core HR, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and Rewards.
• Have worked on Oracle HCM Cloud fusion or alternatively one of major HR cloud technologies – Workday and Success Factors.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
