Quantity Surveyor (Tendering Team)
- Prepare accurate pre-contract cost estimates.
- Review contract requirements, evaluate tender returns and prepare comprehensive subcontract tender reports.
- Handle contract drafting, negotiation, risk management, and value engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful tender submissions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Prepare project cash-flow and effectively monitor project costs.
- Oversee project documentation, including contract administration, progress payment valuation, variation assessment, and cost control reports.
- Manage VO claims and negotiate final accounts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and contractual compliance.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Independently handle new projects.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fitting-out industry. More experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge and experience in handling large-scale fitting-out projects is highly preferred.
