Responsibilities:
To implement project budget control and report process
Establish costs from rates build-up, suppliers and subcontractors
Manage to deliver tender submissions
Preparation of Contract documents
Other ad-hoc assignments as instructed

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or Construction related
Min. 2 years work experience in QS aspect for engineering or construction activities or site experience
Disciplined, result-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
More experience will be consider as Quantity Surveyor
Immediately available is preferred
