Surveyor – Property Valuation / Real Estate Consultancy /
Surveying Practices for Mainland China Properties



Responsibilities

Full Time / Part Time
Conduct property valuation for assets in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and overseas
Handle valuation and consultancy cases independently and effectively
Quality controlling of valuation works by other valuers
Participate in project coordination works and client relationship management
Give guidance to subordinates on daily works
Requirements
Degree holder or above in real estate / estate management / surveying or relevant discipline
Member of HKIS (GP) / RICS is preferred. Member of mainland qualification(s) such as
member of CIREA may be considered
At least 2 years post-qualification experience in mainland China property valuations / real
estate consultancy works, familiar with China property market
Good team player, independent, responsible, detail-minded, highly organized and flexible
Excellent time management to meet the deadline
Proficient command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
Willingness to travel as required
Salary and benefits will commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer attractive
