Job Duties:
Preparation Interim Payment Applications
Measuring and Pricing of Variations including agreeing final account
Preparation of Cash-flow Projection
Assisting on procurement of subcontracts
Administration and management of subcontracts
Compiling and Updating commercial accounts and records
Assisting Project Manager for pursuing contractual claims, preparing claim documents and records keeping

Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree or above in related Quantity Surveying or Building Services disciplines
Min. 5 years relevant experience
With relevant experience in E&M trade and running of NEC Contract preferred but not essential
Good in coordination and communication
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Need to Station at site
Immediate available will be an advantage
Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
