Slovenian Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Quickly respond to emergency roadside assistance calls from customers seeking help.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in Slovenian to support customers in need.
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely assistance for clients.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the system.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while managing high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Slovenian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Experience with remote work environments is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications.
