Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries about tobacco products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide information regarding products, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Interest in the tobacco industry and knowledge of products is advantageous.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
