Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing

A Textile and Garment Manufacturing Co. which is one of Egypt's leading textile manufacturers is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR management and strategy, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with the manufacturing organizational goals. You will play a crucial part in driving employee engagement, compliance, and performance within a fast-paced environment.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives in the manufacturing sector
- Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for various manufacturing positions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Oversee employee development programs, including training and performance management
- Handle employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution
- Administer and improve employee benefits and compensation programs
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages high performance and employee engagement
- Partner with other departments to understand their HR needs and support workforce planning
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws relevant to the manufacturing industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is highly preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
