Swiss Hospitality Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will work closely with department leaders, team members, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and productive work environment that supports our company’s values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Legal Oversight:

- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with Saudi labor laws and GOSI requirements.
- Manage employment contracts, terminations, and dispute resolution in line with local regulations.
- Oversee visa processing, iqama renewals, and employee documentation in coordination with government entities.
- Implement and track Saudization initiatives to meet local requirements.
- Recruitment and Talent Management:

- Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top talent while adhering to local employment laws.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within the Saudi market.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a professional manner.
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Management and Development:

- Oversee the performance appraisal process to align individual goals with company objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs tailored to the Saudi workforce.
- Compensation and Benefits:

- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Review and recommend competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
- Ensure alignment of all compensation practices with Saudi labor requirements.
- HR Strategy and Leadership:

- Align HR strategies with organizational goals to support business growth.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on workforce trends and challenges specific to Saudi Arabia.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and Nitaqat (Saudization) requirements.
- Strong experience in handling visa and iqama processes and government relations.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and tools (e.g., Zen HR, SAP, or similar).
- Knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration specific to Saudi Arabia.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
