Swiss Hospitality Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and executing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the acquisition of top talent aligned with our organizational needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, department leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions, all while maintaining a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends and advise on best practices to attract top talent.

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
• Provide guidance and training to managers on interviewing techniques and recruitment processes.

Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Employer Branding:

• Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen the company’s employer brand.
• Develop engaging content and campaigns to attract talent.

Metrics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition or HR roles.

• Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting for various levels of roles, including senior positions.

• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, tools, and techniques.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
