Marketing Head - Food Chain Retail

Position Overview:
The Marketing Head will play a crucial role in setting the marketing vision and strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing operations, developing comprehensive marketing plans, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can motivate and lead a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage budgets for marketing initiatives to optimize spend and monitor return on investment (ROI).
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with digital marketing and emerging marketing technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong background in Food & Beverages industry.
