Overview

Technical Application Administrator with extensive knowledge of ITIL, Java, Linux, and ASL, along with basic knowledge of Postgre SQL databases. Strong interest in infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

Setting up and monitoring the operational processes linked to the service to ensure a quality service that meets the defined level: Capacity management, Incident and problem management, Managing monitoring, Managing operational procedures (maintaining and evolving them)
Managing and tracking the versions of the products used, and defining release management for the service(s) to ensure the evolution of the service and related products, in consultation with the application owner
Providing operational follow-up of the service(s)/product(s) for which they are responsible to ensure proper functioning in production
Integration of the service with the hosting partner
Performing or guiding interventions in production (Unix, Postgre SQL)
Providing third-line coordination
System administration
Receiving and executing tickets after an incident/problem
Participation in infrastructure management for the related application
Proposals for improvement to optimize the solution and service
Ensuring proper compliance with predefined procedures and Infrastructure and Systems standards within the service team to guarantee its integration with the hosting partner
Tracking changes in the application's infrastructure and providing mapping
Integrating the service into customer applications to ensure proper use of the service and ensuring the functionality is well understood

Must Have Skills

Extensive practical knowledge of ITIL, Java (including Java applications), and Linux
Knowledge of ASL
Basic knowledge of Postgre SQL databases
Strong interest in infrastructure-related matters
Fluent in Dutch or French with a good working knowledge of the other national language

Nice to have

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Result-oriented, structured, and organized
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
