Overview

Business Analyst with excellent knowledge of Agile, BPMN, and Business-IT Alignment. Skilled in project management, stakeholder negotiation, test preparation, and requirement analysis.

Job Responsibilities

Organizing the meetings and workshops needed to understand and map business processes as the company wishes them to be
Drafting the necessary documents to define the process, ensuring they can be directly used by developers to implement the business process
Serve as a bridge to translate business language into ICT language
Ensure that the implemented solution aligns with the solution described in agreement with the Business

Must Have Skills

Excellent knowledge of Agile and BPMN
Skilled in Business Analysis and Business-IT Alignment
Experienced in Project Management and Agile-type projects
Familiar with negotiating and managing multiple stakeholders
Familiar with test preparation/coordination
Familiar with managing and organising workshops and analysing requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English

Nice to have

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
Result-oriented, structured, and organized
Solution and customer oriented
