Overview

Solution Architect with deep expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Microsoft .NET, MVC, REST API, SQL, TFS/GIT, WCF, and Blazor. Skilled in targeted data analysis, clear communication, and critical evaluation.

Job Responsibilities

Guide the team’s efforts towards project success
Provide technical leadership to colleagues through coaching and mentoring
Take charge of organizing and managing all business activities
Identify and encourage areas of growth and improvement within the team
Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications based on web and desktop development using Microsoft technologies
Participate in gathering and documenting user requirements, developing user stories, estimations, and work plans
Prepare reports, manuals, and other documents on the status, functionality, and maintenance of software
Design, develop, and test applications in line with established standards
Participate in peer reviews of software creation and corresponding code
Prepare and support the deployment of new versions
Work with colleagues to migrate existing applications to current Microsoft technologies
Develop, refine, and optimize integrations between applications
Analyze and resolve technical and application-related issues
Assess opportunities to improve applications and processes, preparing justification documents to share with team members and other stakeholders
Adhere to development standards, guidelines, and high-quality principles (defined by Solution & Enterprise Architecture), ensuring software delivery within deadlines and budgets
Recognize patterns in information, understand the logical cause-and-effect relationships, and distinguish between what is essential and what is not
Establish correct and relevant links between different data sets to integrate them into a cohesive whole
Draw appropriate conclusions based on the synthesis and alternatives generated
Consider future developments and anticipate changes during software design

Must Have Skills

Deep knowledge and experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Microsoft .NET, and MVC
Skilled in REST API, SQL, TFS/GIT, and WCF
Good knowledge of Blazor
Ability to analyze data in a targeted manner and critically assess information
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately with stakeholders, team members, analysts, and architects
Ability to critically evaluate information, assess available alternatives, establish connections between various data, design alternatives, and draw appropriate conclusions
Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English
