Position: Senior Power Platform Functional Consultant
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Hybrid: 2-3 times a week on the client´s office
Languages Required: Fluent in Dutch or French and professional proficiency in English.

Role Overview

Join the Automation Center of Excellence as a Power Platform Functional Consultant. In this role, you will bridge business requirements with technical implementation by gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into Power Platform specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in designing innovative solutions, facilitating workshops, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform fit-gap analysis and define functional requirements.
• Design Power Platform solutions, including solution architecture.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and share best practices.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including test plans and solution designs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve Power Platform-related issues.
• Conduct and oversee user acceptance testing.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering and solution design for Power Platform.
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate/Desktop.
  • Microsoft Dataverse, Share Point Online, and AI Builder.
  • Functional analysis techniques, such as defining personas, user stories, process and data modeling, and screen mockups.
  • Requirements gathering, including presenting, advising, brainstorming, and workshop facilitation.
  • Technical analysis and solution architecture based on Power Platform.
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and Copilot Studio.
• Product owner expertise, including backlog definition, sprint coordination, and release management.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large enterprises, especially within the financial sector.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile development practices like Scrum and Kanban.
