We are seeking an Application Support Analyst with both technical and functional expertise to manage incidents, assist users, and ensure the seamless operation of trading systems. As the interface between Front Office traders and development teams, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of trading activities through monitoring, analysis, and minor system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as an interface between users and development teams for incident management, including incident analysis, reporting, bug resolution, and confirmation of solutions to users.
Provide user training and serve as a liaison to escalate enhancement requests to relevant teams.
Perform technical-functional analysis of bugs and pain points reported by traders, while following up on minor evolutions of Greek reports and Pn L & Pn L Explain tools.
Monitor and maintain application performance, including control, report surveillance, tooling, and conducting sanity checks.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring effective written and verbal communication in French and English, prioritizing user requests, and tracking them efficiently.
Maintain and update documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.

Experience and skills:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector.
Basic knowledge of market finance, including deal lifecycles, market data, and risk indicators.
Understanding of commodities trading is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Postgre SQL).
Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows systems; experience with cloud environments (Azure Dev Ops is a bonus).
Monitoring tools such as Splunk and scheduling tools like Automic (One Automation).
Knowledge of Orchestrade and Swagger basics is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
