SAP PM Functional Consultant

Service Description: We are currently transitioning our SAP IT operating model to a product-oriented approach and are looking for an SAP PM Functional Consultant to support and develop our Group SAP PM product. This role follows a SCRUM/Agile approach, with a focus on both the operation of existing solutions and the development of new features. The primary focus will be on the processes involved in Plant Maintenance within the SAP PM module.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support the SAP PM product as part of a dedicated product team.
Advise the product team (Functional Analysts/Product Owner) on SAP PM requirements and functionality.
Document the developed technologies and solutions.
Independently manage new requirements by writing functional specifications, overseeing testing processes, and delivering solutions to Business Analysts.
Monitor the health of SAP PM components through proactive analysis of workflow logs, short dump logs, and application logs.
Keep up-to-date with technical market trends and innovations to ensure state-of-the-art solutions.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of the SAP PM module, including standard functionality and extension possibilities in Work Management, Asset Management, and Notification Management.
Knowledge of customizing options related to Plant Maintenance objects.
Experience working in a Fiori First context.
Ability to provide clear guidance and support to developers and bridge the gap between business analysts and developers.
Experience with the MM (Materials Management) module is a plus.
Technical SAP knowledge (eg, ABAP, Fiori) is also beneficial.

Additional Requirements:

Excellent analytical skills.
Strong functional documentation abilities.
Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
Languages: English and one of the following: Dutch, French, or German.

Additional Information:

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 31/03/2026 (with the possibility of extension)
Work Regime: Full-time
Location: Schaerbeek site, Brussels. The team works 2 days per week on-site in Brussels, with 3 days remote possible.

Possess a work permit allowing the individual to work in Belgium.
Hold a valid residence permit confirming the right of residence in Belgium.
