We are looking for an experienced and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific client needs.
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to provide holistic care.
- Support clients and their families with education and resources to continue progress outside of sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, therapy plans, and client progress.
- Stay informed about the latest research, techniques, and tools in speech pathology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current membership or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Proven experience working with children and/or adults in a clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience with NDIS clients is highly desirable.

Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: $90,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
