We are seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance clients’ functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
Provide interventions for clients with developmental delays, disabilities, injuries, or other conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, client-centred care.
Educate clients and families on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and strategies for daily living.
Document assessments, progress, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
Stay informed about the latest research, tools, and techniques in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Experience working with children, adults, or NDIS clients is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of assistive technology and home modifications is an advantage.

Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
