We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance. As part of this commitment, we are seeking a Quality Auditor to join our dedicated team and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with laws, regulations, NDIS standards, and internal policies.
• Review and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and compliance, ensuring alignment with relevant benchmarks.
• Investigate and report on quality issues, risks, and corrective actions, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor and track complaints, compliments, and feedback, ensuring proper resolution and reporting to senior management.
• Review the submission and progress of serious incidents, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements to the NDIS Commission.
• Promote a culture of quality and compliance, delivering training programs to staff on risk management and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Quality, Safety, and Compliance team to prepare monthly reports for the General Manager or Quality Control Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Health Services, Compliance).
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar role, ideally in the health or community services sector.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and NDIS legislation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Experience managing audits and contributing to compliance programs.
