As a Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to the growth and success of the company by developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and creating engaging content. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing digital platforms, and supporting sales objectives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management
● Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives and sales targets.
● Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
● Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of advertising efforts, targeting key consumer segments and maximizing market impact.
Content Creation and Brand Development
● Create, edit, and publish compelling content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Tik Tok, and Facebook to engage target audiences and enhance brand awareness.
● Capture high-quality photos and videos at installation sites to create authentic and visually appealing marketing materials.
● Lead the design and editing of video and graphic content to support social media and advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
● Oversee updates and maintenance of the company website, including the gallery and project lists, to accurately showcase completed works and attract new business.
Market Research and Data Analysis
● Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for new and existing products and services.
● Analyze consumer data and sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.
● Track and interpret market trends to predict future consumer behavior and align marketing efforts with emerging demands.
Digital Advertising Management
● Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve marketing objectives.
● Monitor the performance of online advertising efforts, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness and reach.
Stakeholder Coordination and External Order Management
● Act as a liaison between clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
● Coordinate the allocation and delivery of external orders, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Social Media and Audience Engagement
● Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to drive traffic, foster engagement, and grow the company’s online presence.
● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to refine content strategies and enhance engagement.
● Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms to reinforce brand identity and strengthen customer relationships.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
● Experiment with innovative content ideas and marketing approaches to test their impact on audience growth and engagement.
● Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends to continually improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
● Tertiary qualification in a highly related field.
● At least 2 years of relevant experience.
● Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (essential).
● Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and advertising campaign management.
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Tik Tok, and Facebook), digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads), and website management.
● Expertise in multimedia content creation, including photography, video editing, and graphic design.
● Analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer data and provide actionable insights.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder coordination and project management.
The Successful candidate will receive:
● $75,000-$80,000 base salary plus superannuation.
