About the role
Timely and Salon Biz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up Ever Well, an Ever Commerce vertical. We offer Saa S solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them.

We’re looking for a Product & Customer Marketing Lead to lead a team of 5 and drive the global product & customer marketing strategies for both Timely and Salon Biz. As part of the Ever Well team, you'll oversee strategy across regions, ensuring that our value propositions resonate with wellness professionals and achieve high levels of engagement and adoption.
This is a high-impact, strategic role that will have a direct influence on our brand's growth, customer engagement, and overall business performance. You’ll lead a passionate team, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and drive product positioning, messaging, and launches that elevate our presence in key markets like the UK, Australia, and the US.
You’ll focus on strategy, leadership in a highly dynamic and changing environments, influencing, communications and insights.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years experience with at least 5 years in a senior marketing/product marketing roles, ideally from the Saa S or Fintech spaces
  
• A get stuff done attitude
  
• Proven track record building strong product propositions with high engagement, working on packaging and pricing strategies and collaborating with product teams to deliver cohesive experiences
  
• Considerable experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders at the senior leadership level
  
• Well rounded knowledge and experience across all marketing disciplines, experience building high performance teams
  
• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities including: market research, data analysis, understanding of different business disciplines connect to drive commercial outcomes
  
• Adaptable and can deal with ambiguity and changing/growing priorities, with an eye for prioritisation
  
• Experience targeting multiple segments, and comfortable with forecasting and attribution across campaigns and initiatives
  
• Proficient in cloud tools and working in a remote first environment
  
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
  
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline
