About the role
We have a career-building opportunity for the right person to join the Homecare Sales and Marketing team and provide product management support to the Homecare teams.
Based in Melbourne and reporting directly to the National Sales and Marketing Manager - Homecare, this is a varied role, requiring creativity, organisation, and adaptability. Primarily, this role is responsible for supporting the sales activities for the Australian Homecare Division and ensuring alignment to the National Sales Strategies. This role is responsible for new product releases and market support, the facilitation of customer facing events and product discussions, and enhancing relationships and trust between FPH and its customers. The role works closely with our wider operations and marketing teams (most importantly our local sales team and customers).
The role will provide support to the Sales teams to promote therapies, develop education material, and deliver presentations and training to staff and customers to support our product launches. This role may require some travel interstate.
About you
You will ideally have:

Previous product, clinical or sales experience within a similar industry
Working knowledge of IT systems and tools (i.e. SAP, TM1)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present to, and influence internal and external audiences
Broad F&P product knowledge
Experience managing markets and products or managing sales
Experience in delivering training and education
Financial management aptitude
