What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
• Oversee digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, paid advertising)
• Manage brand identity and guidelines
• Drive retail sales
• Drive customer acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analyse marketing data and optimize campaigns
• Manage one direct report

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience in retail is a must have
• Strong understanding of digital marketing specifically PPC Marketing, SEO, CRM, PR
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in collating and analysing data trends
