WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The Integrated Marketing Manager is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating and executing marketing efforts across multiple channels to deliver a cohesive and impactful brand experience for our Convenience Services vertical consisting of self-service retail solutions, including vending machines, their payment systems, and the software solutions that power them. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing communications, digital campaigns, and trade show strategies with business objectives. By integrating traditional and digital marketing initiatives, this role ensures consistent messaging and maximized impact across all touchpoints.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with CPI’s product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product management and global sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective positioning of CPI’s products across all channels.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital platforms, trade shows, and traditional media to create a unified customer experience.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute CPI’s presence at industry trade shows and events, including booth design, logistics, and the use of marketing collateral like brochures, presentations, and product datasheets.
- Develop high-quality marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
- Partner with external vendors and agencies to create compelling assets that enhance CPI’s brand and market presence.
- Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media, while creating and managing content for blogs, social media, and newsletters.
- Optimize CPI’s website for usability, searchability, and engagement, ensuring it serves as an effective tool for lead generation and brand promotion.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing communications, and digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across teams and channels.
- Expertise in trade show planning and execution, including vendor management and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a focus on customer-centric messaging.
- Pragmatic Marketer Certification is a plus
- Ability to independently coordinate and implement marketing efforts across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align diverse teams without direct authority.
