Quantum-Systems is positioning itself to be a global leader in autonomous, AI powered aerial robotics. We have now stood up a wholly owned, and US operated business, Quantum-Systems Inc., in the United States. This business directly addresses the Defense and Security markets in North America. As a result of this expansion, we have a Marketing Coordinator opening for a well-qualified candidate.
This position is critical in assisting in the growing demands placed on the Marketing department and will support our Marketing Manager at the Quantum-Systems Inc. Moorpark office. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator will be to implement and execute a strategic online presence for social media interactions, content and growth while adhering to brand guidelines. This individual will also support in the development, implementation, and management of public relations efforts, and omnichannel marketing communications. Coordinating and attending domestic trade shows and events within the Security and Defense industry will also be expected. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Areas of Responsibility:
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows, internal/employee events, and other conference related programs under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
  • Manage trade show logistics, vendor relationships, deadlines, payments of services.
  • Provide on-site trade show support as needed (setup, booth management, breakdown).
  • Maintain inventory of company promotional items and marketing assets, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary (apparel, giveaways, literature, etc.).
  • Schedule, secure, and track marketing assets - pack and coordinate marketing shipments.
  • Collaborate and interact with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate/distribute marketing materials to internal Flight Operations and Business Development teams, and outside sales reps as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to online requests for information for North America and Asia-Pacific quantum-systems.com pages.
  • Create monthly content calendar for Linked In with engaging visual materials and copy and develop social media campaigns.
  • Create/source visual assets to accompany social media posts, i.e. using Adobe CS or Canva.
  • Present social media and website analytics monthly, quarterly, and annually to Marketing Manager, as well as improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and department teams to solicit content for marketing efforts, including intranet and social media channels.
  • Support in content creation and updates within website.
  • Develop and maintain marketing presentations for Quantum-Systems Inc. staff and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, opportunities, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.
  • Play a key role in the daily communication, scheduling, and monitoring of new and existing requests made by the organization.
  • Assist in managing and updating content within company Share Point intranet.
  • Support Marketing Manager with additional marketing and communications projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field of study.
  • 2-3 years previous experience in marketing coordination or marketing-related role; experience within Defense industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects successfully and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and proprietary company information.
  • Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, written).
  • Structured, proactive, professional, and efficient.
  • High level of proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Share Point, and Power Point.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and being flexible to changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 20 percent for onsite trade show and event support.
  • US Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minor graphics and video editing capabilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and data analytics software tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
