We are seeking to recruit two full-time Wellbeing Leads to join our Living Well team on a fixed-term base. The Wellbeing Lead's role includes supporting relationship development within the Derby Wellbeing service and with external partners. Working alongside the Service Manager to gather service data, monitor performance, develop and present reports.
You will be required to attend daily huddles to ensure service presence and continuity and need an in-depth knowledge and awareness of caseloads across the entire team.
You will be responsible for assigning referred individuals to the 'best match' Wellbeing Coach and/or Peer Support Worker, considering the preferences of the individual, the strengths and backgrounds of each team member, and individual caseloads and availability.
Key role requirements:
- good knowledge of the local Mental Health and Health and Social Care landscape
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Empathetic and person-centered approach
- Track record of working in multi-agency settings
- Ability to manage and prioritise caseloads
- Develop and maximise the impact of Peer Support Worker and Wellbeing Coach roles, ensuring the voice of lived experience is central to the team's approach.
- Ensure delivery service aligns with organisational and Living Well policies and procedures
- Work alongside the Service Manager to gather service data / monitor performance and develop reports
- Foster and support relationships with external partners
- Have in-depth knowledge of individual team members and awareness of caseloads across the entire team
- 28 days entitlement plus bank holidays pro-rata
- Full advice training is offered to all members of staff regardless of role to Advice Quality Standard (AQS)

The essentials:
- Salary – £27,250 pa
- Hours – 37.5 hrs/wk
- Contract - fixed term, end date: 30th Nov 2027 with a possible extension of 2 years depending on funding
