Senior Youth Development Mentor

- Mental Health Support:
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring sessions focused on mental health awareness and emotional well-being.
- Identify and address mental health concerns, offering appropriate guidance and referrals to professional services when necessary.
- Develop and implement activities to promote resilience, self-care, and coping mechanisms.
- Personal and Professional Development:
- Facilitate workshops and skill-building activities to enhance personal growth and leadership capabilities.
- Support youth in setting and achieving personal, academic, and career goals.
- Design and lead initiatives that encourage self-esteem, communication, and teamwork.
- Advocacy and Outreach:
- Advocate for youth needs within the organization and the wider community.
- Build strong relationships with families, schools, and other support networks to ensure holistic development.
- Develop partnerships with mental health professionals and community resources.
- Program Coordination:
- Plan and execute structured programs and events that align with mental health care and youth development objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions, activities, and progress reports.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Youth Mentor: 3 years (required)
