About the role

As a Senior Business Information and Reporting Analyst, you’ll provide information and insight that enables the business to make decisions and realise real benefits.

You’ll play a key role in developing and supporting our reporting and improving data governance maturity across the organisation. By developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure that users have reliable access to the information they need in order to make decisions and/or deliver benefits.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll support and mentor Analysts in the team and deputise for the Business Information & Reporting Manager as needed.

Who we’re looking for

The role will require you to draw on experience working with business intelligence software, direct experience of the software development life cycle and practical knowledge of providing best practise reporting and visualisation for a diverse set of users. You’ll be a “go to” expert for reporting queries or solutions on BI systems, primarily using Power BI, and have good experience using different ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and familiar working with a variety of data sources.

You’ll be a good coach and have strong skills development, having experience in mentoring members of a team.

Additionally, you’ll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a commitment to providing service excellence to the customer.
