• We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner with experience of partnering with a Technology and/or Product client group to join our team and help develop and execute our people plans and strategy as well as supporting the delivery of our business goals.

• You’ll be in Involved in delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, organisation design and performance management.

• You’ll have experience with supporting, influencing, and coaching our leaders and proactively making recommendations to guide informed decision making.

• You’ll work closely with Managers and the Talent Acquisition team with regards to workforce planning and the development of resource plans

• Lead and facilitate discussions around organisation change and transformation playing a key role in implementation

• Partner with and collaborate with HR peers across all IVCE markets to deliver an aligned employee experience.

• Facilitate discussions around change and transformation, plan and manage people change implementation

• Extensive relevant practical experience of broad HRM gained within various organisations of different maturity with relevant practical experience of responsibilities outlined

• Digital, technology and process acumen with combined attention to detail – spots opportunities to improve and simplify to drive better results, ensures accuracy in delivery

• Excellent relationship building and communication, unafraid to challenge the status quo and positively influence decision making in an empathetic way

• Marketing, communication, and presentation skills to facilitate projects and initiatives

• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point
